The Civil War once again comes to Phillipston, Massachusetts, this August 25 and 26.

 

The Red Apple Farm and members of Company D, 7thTennessee Civil War reenacting group will be hosting this weekend event that will provide the public with an interactive, educational and fun historical experience that is difficult to come by. Visitors will have the chance to examine and learn about different kinds of Civil War weapons, as well as how the soldiers of that era lived, by walking through Federal and Confederate encampments and interacting with the reenactors.

 

To top it all off, however, visitors will have the opportunity to view a live Civil War battle reenactment.
